I wasn't going to post this until I realized this, despite making Phelous wonder what the f--- is wrong with me, IS A PERFECT FIT AS A VILLAIN FOR THE SAILOR MOON J-DUB SCOUTS.

I wanted to draw/sing something for Lupa and/or Phelous to wish them both awesome times to come, but the idea kinda fell off the track and instead became this.
Well, Phelous has died so many times...I imagine him either becoming a wraith or someone who can control life's energies.
And well, you can't draw someone in Amano's style without making some flashy clothing for them...originally it was going to be his deep red/burgandy shirt...but it became a cloak...it just happens in Yoshitaka Amano's style I guess...
...Well that, and every guy looks like David Bowie from Labyrinth.
